Humongous Entertainment

Yep, that's right: I was once a PC gamer. Shocking, isn't it? I was pondering why I never really got any of the good N64 games as a child, but thenI realized it was because of my PC gaming.Pajama Sam 3: You are What You Eat from Your Head to Your Feet BoxshotFreddi Fish 4: The Case of the Hogfish Rustlers of Briny Gulch BoxshotSpy Fox 3: Operation Ozone BoxshotBackyard Baseball Boxshot

Yep... I was a hardcore PC gamer... These games were my childhood. People back then were entertained by Nintendo and Sony, but I was being entertained by Humongous Entertainment (no pun intended ).

Freddi Fish games were among my favorites. They were your typical point-and-click games about a fish named Freddi and her companion Luther. She and Luther always ended up going on fun, simple little quests together that were generally about searching for a stolen/missing object. It was always fun exploring the depths of the ocean, and fetch-quests were admittedly fun (yep, you read that right).

Putt-Putt games were among my favorites, too. They and Freddi Fish games had really similar concepts, but they were executed differently. Putt-Putt games were about a little car named Putt-Putt and his dog going on quests together. Each game was generally about trying to bring something together that had been torn apart, such as zoos, parades, races, circuses, and even time itself! Another thing that I liked about Putt-Putt games is that you could change the color of your car. It was a nice touch that I simply liked for odd, unexplainable reasons

Spy Fox was another fun series, but I only played one game from it. The one I did play was fun, though. The Spy Fox series revolved around a fox named, well, Spy Fox who took upon secret missions. His missions ranged from saving the o-zone layer and other random things. The games were very quirky, fun, and simple, just like the rest of Humongous's point-and-click adventure games.

Pajama Sam was another series from Humongous Entertainment that was fun, simple, and quirky. I actually only owned one Pajama Sam game, but I played bits of others at friend's houses and other various places. The series featured a kid named, you guessed it, Pajama Sam who always wore... pajamas. The one that I play was about trying to gather a group of missing foods (yes, foods) so they could attend meeting to make peace with the other food groups. These games also consisted of fetch-quests and point-and-click goodness, and they were a lot of fun.
